Welcome to the Stamford Netball League Website
Celebrating its 46th year, Stamford Netball League was started when a group of ladies got together to discuss the lack of sporting provision for women in Stamford, they were all keen netballers from school and wanted to create a friendly, social, community netball league.
Over the years, the league has grown in numbers, and we are thrilled to see it stronger than ever. We currently have 30 teams competing across 3 divisions, with a league membership of over 250 players, umpires, and coaches, ranging in age from 13 to 70.
The league encourages players and teams of all standards from Back To Netball to Premier/Regional League and is played on a Tuesday evening at Blackstones Sports & Social Club Stamford and Welland Academy Stamford.
The league also has links to a number of other netball opportunities in Stamford, including Pitch Up & Play on a Monday evening at Blackstones Sports & Social Club Stamford, Walking Netball on a Wednesday at Borderville Sports Centre Stamford, and Junior Netball (Shooting Stars NC Monday Evenings & SRJNC Wednesday Evenings).
